In this class, we’re diving into the sweetness of dehydrating.

Slow and steady wins the race!

Let’s face it - nature is perfect and our fruits and vegetables are cooked to perfection by the sun. But sometimes raw fruits and veggies can get a little boring. Especially when your sweet tooth comes calling. This is where the dehydrator comes in.

The really sweet thing about all the recipes you'll learn in my Sweet Dehydrated Goodness class is that every single recipe is completely...

Low and slow is the way to go.

For food to maintain it's nutritional integrity...

Preparing your foods using a dehydrator is a real game changer when it comes to creating raw, plant-based meals. It keeps all the awesome enzymes and nutritional goodness of the food while still allowing you to get creative and enjoy the consistency and textures of cooked and baked goods.

What you need for this class

A solid love for sweetness.
A desire to discover dehydrated dishes.
A couple power tools.

Blender:  A high powered blender like a Vitamix is an amazing addition to the raw kitchen. The personal sized nutritional bullets are an excellent alternative to a Vitamix. It works just as well, on a smaller scale.

Dehydrator: At The Healing Cuisine we prefer a square to round dehydrator. Square dehydrators have more room and we can make the items any shape that we like. Be sure that they have removable trays with removable screen to prevent your fruits and veggies from falling through. Be sure to have a dehydrator sheet for every dehydrator tray.

Dehydrator Sheets: These are important for many dehydrator recipes, especially items that are marinated or start out in a liquid form. When you order your dehydrator be sure to order the Teflon dehydrator sheets or purchase a roll out reusable non-stick baking sheet that you can cut to size.

If you don’t have any of these, but you’re looking to make changes to your life via what you eat, this is the perfect time to invest in these power tools.
